What’s the backstory behind Raymond? Why does he wear a green hat like the enemies?

@CollieDog13: My understanding is that Raymond was the dog of a female pirate from the green ship who was interested in Henry for a time. The female pirate sort of faded/was written out, Raymond hung around. Then Raymond somehow learned to walk upright. And talk.

(I’ve only been with the comment crew for a couple years, so someone else might have better gouge for you, heh.)

CAPKIDD, If my memory serves me correctly*, Raymond COULD always walk in the strip, and TALK, due to some kind of accident. I forget the details. If anyone can help here, jump in!
