There has been talk on this board about the coloring differences between the strip here on GoComics and on Comics Kingdom. The general consensus was that the GoComics colorist goofed.
After reading the dialogue today, I’m wondering if it’s the other way around?
I don’t think that little kids make the distinction in beard color. Although mine is now white, it was bright red for several decades. The very small children often convinced themselves that I was Santa. Especially in December.
