Who thought it was a good Idea to ban the Biodegradable grocery bags that we got for free and replaced them with Non-biodegradable bags the we have to pay for. all in the name of the environment. Oh and the state gets a nickel for every bag sold. On top of that, the grocery stores that have had this ban in effect have seen shoplifting rates increase by 300%. People bring in their own bags, fill them up and walk out without paying. So look for our grocery prices to increase to cover the loss.
