Boehner is an embarrassment to Ohio. He looks like he lives in a tanning booth or Florida and he’s got to be the most negative politician in the entire congress.
They are all politicians. Their words are like the wind. They are to be judged for what they do. Boehner fought healthcare not because he thought it was wrong, but because he did not want to give the President of the United States a success (the people be damned). Boehner is the leader of The Party of No. And that little weasel Newt needs to be called out too.
here’s the ONE tax idea noone in congress wanted, and noone on the street did either: 10 percent flat rate income tax. everybody pays 10 percent, nobody gets any breaks, no shelters, no kickback foundations, just 10 percent.
figure out 10 percent of the GDP.
i’d have to pay nearly 5 grand a year in taxes. screw that. let ‘em do whatever they want.
The logic of keeping the Bush Tax Cuts for the rich seems flawed. If it was true - I’d be working along with most people looking for jobs. Seems the opposite has happened since Clinton left office. The greedy people took over and made themselves not just rich - but über rich! For them it’s not about creating jobs but rather it’s about Power & Control!

Let’s compromise - Let the tax cuts expire completely, then create new tax cuts for those who make less than, say $1 Mill.

1opinion :
the rich tend to have money by saving it not spending it.
the majority of sales come from volume stores like wall mart.
taxing some one 30% on a 6 figure income dose not kill them ..ask me…I just paid 50k in taxes last year..
funny how no one is blaming short selling and flash trading ponzi schemes that resulted from deregulating market trading

JFK lowered top income tax rate from 90% to 75%.
Now would a perfect time to raise that back to 75%.

Who really wants a return to voodoo economics?
I mean besides the super rich, that is.

Who really wants a return to voodoo economics?”
We’re still deeply mired, and sinking fast, in voodoo econmics.
