    Good morning Vagabonds.

Well we had a day of steady rain and got about 2 inches. That should help with the drought.Going to be sunny and windy today with temp in the 50’s.

He certainly is lucky, the bad kind. Luck isn’t just good it can be lots of bad luck.

I can personally relate to a lot of bad luck in my life.

Of course he’s lucky. Few would have survived those accidents.

    Good morning, Vagabonds,

    .

I had a productive day yesterday while Jack watched the games (Red Zone). I sat down once to see the progress and saw how easy it is to get hooked! No commercials and only the action on the field. So, I made the first part of my vegetable beef soup. It’s in the frig now, and I’ll take off any of the fat, and get it in single servings into the freezer. This is definitely soup weather! There was enough meat on the bones to make it a hearty meal. Yum!!

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Rita, it won’t be soup weather here for another month or so. We’re having highs in the high 80s right now, but at least the nights are cool. Today’s supposed to get up to 90. I suppose that I will have to turn on the AC later – haven’t done that for a couple of weeks.

Not much happening today. I’m finding retirement to be a bit boring. I need something to do! I’m doing the quilting and playing cards a couple of times a week, but the rest of the time is either a book or tv, and that’s getting old. Sorry to complain.
