That’s the genius of the “too big to fail” theme- they might be crooked and inefficient, but their failure would hurt too many people, so they get bailed out. Nobody’s veiling anything, we all know they deserve to go down.

Just call it something else, over and over, repeatedly.Sooner or later, the media will chime in and call it by your new name for it. That will become the talking point, instead of the old name.Eventually, the public will get tired of hearing about it, because, after all, there’s nothing really wrong with whatever the new name is, right? It’s not like we’re talking about the original name, right? – that would be bad.The new name isn’t great but it’s not the original name (ba-a-ad). They’re not really the same thing, are they? Of course not, stop hating on the poor senator.
