Our DMV is quick here. It’s the people without the right paperwork that slows it down, they stay there and argue about it rather than go home and get what they need.
Last month at the DMV, I was told @ the information desk that my military paper work, and birth records weren’t good enough to have Veteran or a gold star on my license.But when I got to the window ALL my paperwork WAS good enough. I have my gold star and it has VETERAN as well as a organ donor.
I actually know an extremely intelligent person that talks like that. Very slowly. On the positive side, the person rarely makes a statement he/she regrets. In fact I never remember them making one.
