The other week I played a tape in the VCR for my grandson who likes Star Wars. I had a copy of “Ewoks: Battle of Endor” that he’d never seen and I doubt I’d seen it since I taped it.I handed him the tape and told him to put it in. He didn’t understand how the tape went in. I was taken aback but I guess I truly am an ancient creature.

I had Betamax. All the home movies of my kids are on Beta tapes.
