Poor Norman, he didn’t receive enough training. Someone should’ve told him to keep his hand out of the dipping sauce since he was too stupid not to realize that. When I worked at the Dairy Queen I had to dip cones too, I hated it, many times the ice cream fell off the cone into the dipping sauce.
