Of course it was the W Bush admin that rescinded the assault weapons ban.
Buy your personal assault weapon easilybefore Obama takes your guns away.
“Terrorism needs to be destroyed”.said some republican congressman.
The NRA blocked a law preventing people who are on the No Fly List from buying guns.
Bang, bang, shoot ’em up destiny (bang, bang)Bang, bang, shoot ’em up to the moon (bang, bang)Bang, bang, shoot ’em up one, two, three (one, two, three, four)
The president addressed the idiotic but dangerous bloviating of the Republicans and their leader, Donald Trump, about the absolute necessity of using the term, “Islamist terrorist.”
What exactly would using this label accomplish? What exactly would it change? Would it make ISIL less committed to trying to kill Americans? Would it bring in more allies? Is there a military strategy that is served by this? The answer is, ‘None of the above.’ Calling a threat by a different name does not make it go away. This is a political distraction.
There has not been a moment when we weren’t able to pursue a strategy because we didn’t use the label “Radical Islam.”
There is no magic to the phrase Radical Islam; it’s a political talking point. It’s a distraction.
Laws pushed from NRA through Congress:Cannot do unannounced inspections of gun shops more than once per year. Considering how many guns used in crimes in an area are traced back to the same gun shop, thi is just plain stupid.Government cannot track gun violence. NRA considers this persecution.Gun show loop hole remains open.Smart guns, gun locks, training – anyone in Congress trying to make these mandatory will have ads against them paid by NRA.

Wanting to keep America safe isn’t hate – embracing those that have pledged to kill you on the other hand is ignorant.
