    I suppose it means extremists are trying to destroy the balance/authority in Iraq. I’m not quite sure, though.

    O k let me try.. In Arabic when they say”an empty chair” they mean that there is no ruler or government in the country..so Bleibel drew a chair that is “empty”..he thinks that violence wil fill in the vacuum..
