I’ve never been a big George R.R. Martin fan, and now that I know how he creates his characters, it helps to justify my feelings!
I’d say his prose is no worse (or better) than any other genre writer (there are a few exceptions at each end of the spectrum, of course).But it’s the story that counts. Waiting patiently for book 6.
