It’s good to remember that Willard the ChickenHawk, when he released that one year’s tax return — it did NOT include page that specified the size of his offshore accounts.

There was a page that stated that there were offshore accounts, but the page with information about the accounts?

    That page was missing.

But now, the Republican/Fox “news” viewer base is perfectly comfortable with their candidates not releasing ANY tax return information, and even knowing that their candidates have offshore accounts does not give them any pause whatsoever.

I know, I know. It’s OKAY If A Republican Does It.

Quit whining about congress as if it isn’t our own fault. Congress is the people WE elected. If you don’t want the laws written so that the rich folks can buy the elections, look up your congressman and senator in OPEN SECRETS.com. It tells you where his/her money is coming from. We all have to do the bidding of who ever is supplying the money to pay our bills. So do politicians. If most of their money is coming from individuals, unions, or other organizations representing the Middle Class, that is who they are going to work for. If most of their money is from banks, etc, they are going to work for the 1%. They don’t really have any choice if they want to win the next election. To vote against the 1% would be political suicide.

The republicans purposely drained the treasury through tax breaks for their friends so they could get rid of social programs.

This is a system that enables the ultra wealthy to hide their massive stashes, often corruptly obtained and all involved in tax avoidance. The wealth of a significant proportion of the 1% are hidden to avoid any responsibility. The US loses approximately $184 billion in revenue each year due to corporations and individuals using tax havens to doge taxes. It is costing us an average of $1,259 a year for what the billionaires are not paying into the system. Rich individuals and their families have as much as #32 trillion of hidden financial assets in offshore tax havens, representing up to $280 billion in lost income tax revenues. Several states specialize in incorporating anonymous shell corporations. They earn money for their budget from incorporation fees. America has become a lure, not only for foreign elites looking to seal money away from their own governments, but to launder their money through the purchase of US real estate.
