Rex Morgan – Ah, yes, the fifties. When zealous church people burned the Revised Standard Bible because they thought it was heresy.Mark Trail – I figured it would be mouth to mouth.Funky Winkerbean – Okay, what is that about?

REX MORGAN: I think the burning of the RSV was a regional thing (southern U.S.). ???JUDGE PARKER: Heck, I thought we were going to look in on Neddy and Hank. MARK TRAIL: Mark hasn’t had an occasion to say that lately (“Yes…I’m married”)! FUNKY W: Is Jeff going to decode the “ad.” PHANTOM: The weekday strip has a new artist.

Mark Trail – Yes, very predictable. Carina gained consciousness and kissed him back.Funky – I like cryptograms, but there isn’t much of a clue here.Rex Morgan – Same thing happened with some rock ‘n roll records. We try to find something to blame for change we don’t like. Or someone.Mary Worth – Dawn may have trouble healing the rift between her and her friends.
