Ironically Libel Laws were instituted in the early 19th Century as an alternative to duels when someone called you names you didn’t like. Better to try to take their money than their live as the concept went. But I think we should return to the old days and have Trump duel it out with Rubio like the infamous Burr vs. Hamilton—and then write a popular Broadway rap musical about it!!

I thought Republicans were against lawsuits? I guess this is the new Right. More frivolous lawsuits for the rich to get richer.
