The Supreme Court must always be in right wing majorityat least the right wingers are lying through their teeth to convince everyone else of that. Fascist Republicans want real democracy dead on arrival.

Justice Antonin Scalia once said he would like to be succeeded on the Supreme Court by a federal judge who the NRA once accused of trying to “unravel the Bill of Rights.” In 2012 he discussed Judge Frank Easterbrook of the US 7th Circuit to replace him. This would work for the GOP unless it was Obama who nominated him…

@Crow Nobo…..you posted “The Supreme Court must always be in right wing majority

at least the right wingers are lying through their teeth to convince everyone else of that. Fascist Republicans want real democracy dead on arrival.”-1. If the USSC was “always in the right wing majority” how did so many bad rulings happen??? Like Roe vs Wade, by a majority of liberal-left votes to legalize murder of the pre-born human Americans. The “right wing” is Pro-Life.-2.“Fascist” Republicans? name and describe their belief system. -3. FYI, we never had a “real democracy” because our Founders were too educated and too wise to choose a “real democracy” which is nothing more than MOB RULE where tyrants who can sway people (like Adolph Hitler in the 1930s) to join any evil plan that leads entire nations into bad endings.-4.Our Founders’ system is a Representative Republic. Our officials are elected by the People to do what they promised the voters, not to forget what the People wanted, or to deliberately betray the voters.-Our 3 Branched system is an automatic Check to prevent one Branch from gaining a monopoly power over the People who gave the officials in the 3 Branches the power to govern. When the officials refuse to listen to the majority of the People, we get elections like 2016 with very angry voters.I know, I am one of the angry voters and that is why my posting name is “disgusted” American.
