Man Ralph is good. He painted that entire room without taping off the trim and not laying a drop cloth.

Real estate agents always want you to paint everything gray and beige because they’re afraid something distinctive might offend a potential buyer.

I disagree. Distinctive colors (assuming they’re not completely wacky) is more likely to attract a buyer because they’ll remember the house.

When I sold my home two years ago, we did the beige paint for the rooms that needed painting, but the ones that didn’t were left alone with their blue, yellow and orange (in my basement office). The house had no problem selling quickly.

Of course, if you aren’t renting and don’t plan to sell in the foreseeable future, then the only thing you should think of is what you like. Who cares what anyone else might think. You can (and probably should) re-paint before selling it anyway.

Aah, it’s always a woman’s prerogative to change her mind! I’m sure glad to be single; 54, never been in a relationship, and no kids!

I’m not an advocate of violence and I would NEVER condone a man hitting a woman. But, since this is just a comic strip, he should put her on her @$$!!! And HARD!
