That cat seriously needs a comeuppance. Satchel ought to lock his jaws around the scruff of that cat’s neck and shake until Bucky begs for mercy. Then shake Bucky a bit more for a good measure.
The main issue standing up to ignorant bullies is working up the courage and will. Once that’s done, they often back down.

They called him Ivan the Terrible after he died.
He was Ivan the Great while alive, because, well, it was dangerous to call him terrible while he was still kicking.
