Did I miss some explanatory panels in this story arc, showing that this all takes place in a universe where it’s OK for strangers to spy on underage girls? Why aren’t the parents showing more outrage? Why aren’t the students?

difference is the kid is in the privacy of his own home. Could be unclothed in his or her bedroom.
