I thought HUD Sec 8 as primarily for the disabled, though I have heard of intelligent educated people stealing the taxpayers money on Sec 8. They were either too stupid to save for retirement or they gave their money to their relatives or some wacko religious cult. Either way, the taxpayer gets robbed. They don’t believe “Thou shalt not steal” applies to them Is that like the thieves who give their homes and money to their kids so Medicare will have to pay for their nursing care when they are waiting to die? Honestly, how many people need a comic explained to them or to read your ponderous ramblings on, well, frankly, very little? If there is any harassing going on, it starts with you.
