Bring our troops home and employ them in good union jobs rebuilding our crumbling infrastructure. cheney/shrub/rumsfeld should never have interfered in the middle east. That troika should be hauled into the international criminal court to be tried for their massive deliberate war crimes in service to wall street.
I’m more concerned about the flags draping the caskets of the friends I’ve lost, in ‘Nam, Afghanistan, and Iraq, the “wrong wars at the wrong time”. In the true spirit of Christmas, my wish is to bring them home, and don’t send them out again without just cause. That would mean ground troops wouldn’t have been deployed since the Korean “police action”, where no actual peace treaty has ever been signed, just a ceasefire.
