Frazz says, "Oh. Well, that's from going back down." Girl says, "The more I know about cycling, the weirder it is." Frazz says, "I get a little tense."

Frazz is right. A hill is only as hard as you make it. The effort depends on how fast you want to go. Get into your lowest gear and go as slow as you can. (unless the hill is so steep you can’t stay upright).

Hey! Mount Lemmon is in my back yard. I have never biked up it, but I have hiked up there a lot!
