Ramsey is out of prison! Can you believe it crunchy?! Yes, I do believe it. Ray Ramsey isn't the first convict who's been released early! It happens! He slithered through a loophole. For what its worth, he seems to be living a productive life and keeping his nose clean. Ha!

Bet it will end up with them keeping the dog anyway, which I don’t like with his current behaviour. A bit odd he hasn’t contacted him to get the dog back yet though.

Possible too, would think they were half way (on the dog owners side at least) since he trusted him to take care of his dog.
