I find it funny that the first poster on a cartoon about the state of our economy was one of these spamming guys.

Actually China, thanks to bozoBush- has it their way. They just bought more Chevys and GM products in the last quarter than sold in the U.S.– well, at least we’re getting out some exports Americans can’t afford at the moment.

Regrettably this is going to become a prophetic omen. Back in 1933 statistically anyway there was a technical recovery. This was of course 4 years into the start of the great depression that lasted 6 more years. We’re now almost 3 years into what’s quickly becoming the 3rd US depression currently referred to as the great recession

taxpayers better start paying attention to the non-partisan CBO report and analysis and prediction of how the current regime’s spending since Jan.2009 and its plans for the future “budgets” has and will affect the US federal debt…

G W Bush in 8 years under R and D majority congresses, raised the 40-year average of 36% of the GDP of the debt, to 40% at the end of year 2008.

Obama, since Jan.2009 and in-place spending plans for 2010 will boost the debt to 62% of the GDP.

CBO estimates that in the year 2035, the Obama/Democrat spending plans will reach 80% of GDP.

The CBO is not a conservative or a “right-wing” agency. In $1 trillion-Plus “budgets” as far as the eye can see, the interest annually is expected to rise from more than 1% of GDP to 4% in 2035, on top of the debt numbers.

Jobs have disappeared and government just lost more than 650,000 workers who dropped off the radar, and stopped applying for unemployment benefits, and the private sector “new” jobs are fewer and fewer. Even the temporary government jobs such as census workers has lowered the job count, as they are out of a job now.

    This is a “recovery”??????

Hell’s Angels (more aggressive than your type) for a while, Italian mafia, street gangs…

Yes, they control the crime in a certain territory, but I mean, they don’t need to invade you in a 2003 Iraq style. They just get control of a few dealers on your side of the border.

Up here, in the 1990, drug traffic was controled by locals, and Montreal organized crime had never been bloodier.

Would that be any better if drug traffic was controled by americans?

The homegrown bleeep Angels we had up here were not Mexicans. They worked with guns and pipe bombs under enemies cars.

We all idealize our young days. Remember Al Capone?
