In modern usage it’s a term for a kind of gangster-ish Latino male.

We cannot win in Afganistan because there is nothing to win. We don’t want anything they have. They had a bunch of religious loons in charge when we came in. They have a bunch of totally corrupt bureaucrats in charge when we leave who will most likely be over thrown by the religious loons again. It a backward h3llhole that we should have flooded with troops snatched Osama Bin Laden and had the troops out in 6 months to a year tops. Instead Bush sent U.S. Troops into harms way then forgot about them and started the Iraq debacle on a bald faced lie.

If you’re going to distinguish “MEXICAN-Indian” you should go with the border when Saint Louis was called San Luis. Your Okie-Indians mostly lived in what the Crown penal system called Georgia, back then, & had bigger plantations than the colonist/convicts. Plains-state-corn-fed/ Kenyan-goatherd, college bred, Pacific island raised, isn’t a mix usually called cholo, but it definitely sounds like only-in-American. Give Barry some time, do you want to try to fix the mess he’s got?
