I do not see any point to this cartoon. The ISS is, first of all, International. The US and Russia are the primary players, but there are many other countries supporting this science vehicle. There are experiments running on all kinds of things, including vegetation. All I can get out of this is that Mr. Hands does not like a) International &/or b) Space &/or c) Station, and d) science. And, somehow, there is some kind of flakey, Hippie aspect to this. Mr. Hands does not like salad-eating, sciencey dudes for some reason?
