When our son was small we where told either by a Dr. or school to take him to a phycologist for children that was a waste of money. The school behavioral phycologist gave us a better insight so we talked with our son and gave him a realization of what his future would look like. I won’t say what it was but it worked. Best 10 min. didn’t cost us anything.
