QUESTION FOR YA:
Would you guys be interested in participating in a caption contest for valuable, lively, festive “Daddy’s Home” prizes?
And by that I mean prizes that aren’t valuable or lively or particularly festive. But there would be prizes.
Vldazzle and Edcole, my first thought was from Pete’s Dragon. I guess a movie doesn’t really count as a book, but what can I say? I’m from a generation that didn’t read much.
TONY TONY TONY You think that the brilliant minds of the posters at DADDY’S HOME would sink themselves to low as to enter a contest? Well, you thought right. How does Archibald T Snodgrass sound? No? Well we got a million.
I was named after a comic strip character.
What can I say? My mom had a sense of humor! (Since I was “an accident” and the 5th child, she’d already used up the names she liked best.)

I was named after an obscure author my mother was reading at the time. Guess that’s why I’m obscure………….

@Edcole, Ness was the first Elliot character who came to my mind too - never read it if it was a book, though I remember the TV show.

Well, I like his name, but it needs one more ‘t’ on the end!
