Making wine I have spilled more than the average drinker in a lifetime, it just happens when your dealing with hundreds of thousands of gallons. It is unfortunate but happens.
Separate post for the comparison of spilling wine and spilling crude oil. I have used far more gasoline in my lifetime than I have drunk anything. This causes me a certain pause.
I use water for my garden and trees. I use gasoline for transportation. I use wine to forget about my overuse of water and gasoline. I will try to use less water and gasoline…
