Ugh – yesterday I had a fragment of a pop song from way, way back – 50’s or 60’s? All I could remember was, like, mi so so la sooo (or E G G A G_ _ _ ) with guys singing kind of slowly in close harmony. The words, as best I can recall them, might have been “if you are MYY girrrl.” This is not the song by Bruce Channel and Margaret Cobb (1959) that begins, “Hey Baby!” Does anyone have any faint notion of what this might be?
