Bruce, I replied to your last remark of yesterday last night. See yesterday’s forum.

In re today’s cartoon: ‘Twas ever thus. The people you want to run seldom run. The people you want to win seldom win. Nothing stops the rest of us from running, though. Yes, it’s an expensive & time-consuming proposition, but as our current president–unlike the last one–shows, one doesn’t need the advantages of money & family to be president. Thus, if you don’t like your mayor, your state senator, your congressperson, senator, or governor, then either run or find one you like.

It just proves you just get what you vote for.
