Shouldn’t the group of people ‘keeping our data safe’ include insurance companies, banks and financial companies of every stripe, and all the other giant patriotic multinational corporations?
Perfect illustration of the looming FAR WORSE problem, and be aware it was corporate CONTRACTORS that screwed up the first time! BTW; this contracting for IT and “security” has been going on for a long time. High profits for low performance are what contracting has been about, at least since Reagan. It actually goes back to LBJ and Nixon and their folks in Congress.
