That is one thing educaters do wrong.To teach cooperating to lesrn to work together would produce children who know how to work together.
There is a great deal to learn by brainstorming together.I think that is more the way real good companies do it.Too much competion is hard on children because Tjere can only be one or two winners and much more losers.
