mmmm….when I was a kid visiting a lake with in-laws there was a family in one of the nearby cottages. He was a heavy drinker, and one day, with too much under his belt, he did a full dive off the dock — right into the rock-strewn lake bed right in front of the dock. He looked like a mob-hit victim when he came up. Don’t remember seeing him much after that.
