Army Regulations, the Bible, health(dietary especially) studies, every place they say don’t, there’s another that says DO! You read into ’em what you, or your mentor in the case of the weaker minded, want.
Pharmacy studies, like dietary, generally say whatever the corporate sponsors of those studies want.

Don’t confuse them with “facts”. It causes their brains to spin and just makes then more agitated.
