And Claire is an a-literate. More than illiterates, they stop reading and so stagnate in their knowledge.

Funny, I just got an e-ink reader because reading books on my tablet was killing my eyes.

I hate the way people use the word “technology” these days. Do they even consider that automobiles, lawnmowers, and yes, even hammers are technology? Heck, even the food we eat is almost ALL technology. Even the 100% organic, all natural, vegan, gluten-free, and GMO-free foods. VERY little that we use today is not technology. Perhaps what they mean to say is “the latest technology,” though even that is somewhat vague.
