We do rescue so I’ve seen and been around a lot of dogs. To date the smartest dog I ever saw was a German Shepherd K9 Officer (the dog had a real badge on his color) assigned to a Game Warden we knew. He was named NED and that dog was amazing smart. Mark tell Ned the ‘code word’ for ‘okay’ and you could pet him and hug him …….. Mark give him the code word for ‘on duty’ and you better not mess with him. He’d give you a growl and a look that told you that.
