er, no.
In common American parlance,
a “trillion” is:1 000 000 000 000,
a “billion” is 1 000 000 000,
or a thousand billion.
I think Israel gets around US$3 billion a year? (taking into account loan guarantees, too?) A trillion’s worth of 3 billions would require 333 years of annual donations in equal size.
While it gets a lot of US funds, it isn’t nowhere near a trillion.
I think I read somewhere about US$100 billion has been given to Israel since 1949. I don’t know if this figure has taken into account just nominal amounts or real amounts at today’s value.

100 billion is one tenth of a trillion, btw.

Let ME help you do the calculations:
3 billion$ a year means..
250 million $ a month or..
8,2 million a day or..
342,465 $ per hour or..
5,707 per minute or..
about 100 dollars per second…
Just imagine what can this money do to the hungery and the poor on our planet !!!!
Remember that 1.4 billion people (one in four of the world population) are living below 1.25 $ a day.
