    Love this one. Speaking of Time Warner – when we moved in our house we called them They said they couldn’t find our house even though they had serviced our next-door neighbor. We went with Direct TV instead.

    Many years ago, I had Comcast for internet svc. Broke down and decided to add Comcast basic cable. Had to leave work and be home during specified time frame to wait. After feeling I was being understanding by waiting for hours, I called to find out what happened to the tech. I was told the tech called ahead and no one answered the phone so assumed I wasn’t home. What a lie! So mad I got rid of the Comcast internet ASAP. It then took them a whole year, and many complaints/much harassment, to refund my roughly $36 deposit for the internet. Never again. I’m disgusted every time I read, or hear spoken, the word Comcast.
