I bought one of those. Still figuring it out. I do like the steps/distance/calorie tracker. It apparently can be set for reminders. ……. I don’t need a reminder. I can forget and ignore with or without a reminder.
I have a pedometer which does all that measurement exept the internet. All you have to do is clip it to you belt. The world doesn’t have to know what I do.

You can also get an app. (many are free most below $10.00). Everything is GPS based..
