    He doesn’t have to be a lame duck though he almost assuredly will choose to be.

    He could hear the voters and move towards the center to compromise with the Republicans and make advancements on: Infrastructure, Energy, Tax Reform, and that’s just the small group I can think of off the top of my head. There are, no doubt, areas of mutual interest on those topics.

    But He will, in all likelihood, Decide that the Silent majority all agree with his progressive stance and he should act as an impediment.

    And for those of you in the Peanut Gallery who say that the Republicans did the same thing – I will remind you that each of those Representatives and Senate Members were elected by their constiuency and not all of us across the nation agree with his Tax and Spend Big Government ways.

    It might be noted they don’t have enough votes to override a veto, which we will see more of if they continue as they have, so the Repulicans will again shout “FOUL” if he uses the Constitution as his authority, and proof.

    Which is amazing after both parties essentially turned their backs the hundreds of times “W” violated the Constitution with EO’s outright lies, and wars.
