While the health services within Liberia, Guinea & Sierra Leone are almost next to non-existent (look up doctor per capita ratios!), with up to 90 health workers including doctors dying of ebola, reading that their governments have further delayed aid, through incompetence or downright negligence, is disheartening to read.
