Retirees, disabled, and those going back to school, are examples of workforce.
NAFTA was, & is the greatest job killer of all, with increased computerization and robotic automation close behind. For good or ill, our techno-society is undergoing changes very rapidly, and many are finding it difficult to keep up.Except Wall Street and Washington D.C. They are doing quite well.
