Seeking resolve with a terrorist group that is NOT a nation, like ISIL, Al Qaeda, or the KKK, without starting TWO wars on countries that did NOT attack you, even if it involves proportional “violence”, without all out wars on nations, is “peacekeeping”. When a police officer, a “peace officer” by definition, is forced to shoot and kill an armed robber, or nut with a rifle in a tower in TEXAS, who’s shooting at people, has killed some, is he no longer restoring “the peace”?
