    “One of those figures should be a democrat since Axelrod, the New York Times and other groups found the indictment to be equally superfluous and without merit. How inconvenient for Jones”-True. Also, the lawsuit against Obama only seeks to defend the Constitutional principle of Separation of Powers. If Republicans prevail in that suit President Obama will not face jail time and will lose none of his lawful executive powers or privileges. It is the least disruptive means of challenging the President’s destabilizing executive overreaches, and the GOP should be praised for the restraint of their response to the dangerous precedent the President would set for our country.
