Fred, don’t even think about it. You can barely walk on a wide plank 3” (~ 8 cm for my British friends) above the ground…… I must admit that a cat’s ability to jump and balance themselves is extaordinary. Maybe Fifi will show him how lol.
One reason cats look so graceful is that they bring their paws in as they walk, so that their “wheelbase” is shorterer than you’d expect. Among other things, it makes it easy for them to walk on something narrow, such as a branch or the top of a board.
