Very creative people are sometimes susceptible to depression, causing one to search for ways to alleviate the pain. It is a tragedy, for himself, and his family.
Don’t blame me for this, it is is not my creation, it’s the words guy in the picture known for his inappropriate comments. I’m just passing it along….‘I feel bad, I was gonna see him for lunchbut he said he just wanted to hang around the house’.
I’m deeply saddened. RW was a comedic genius. He used to ride public transit in Marin Co…before fame. Just a real, sweet guy. Generous…I am heartsick for his family and for his legions of fans. So glad many of his performances were filmed. Mrs. Doubtfire will be on my set tonite.
We lost a tremendous talent. Although he will be best remembered for his manic non-stop comedy, he was also a surprisingly accomplished dramatic actor. He will be missed.
Ok, first, a send off with funny quotes is way better than the usual dead guy in heaven comics. And with that said…..Never pick a fight with an ugly person, they’ve got nothing to lose..Second, most celebrity deaths don’t phase me much. This one…. this one I’ll feel for some time. If there was anyone who deserved all the perks of being a celeb and none of the downside it was Robin...RIP. I hope you Bob Hope and Lucy Ball are having a blast somewhere.
Jonathan Winters, Robin, and others, highly talented people are often the most troubled by depression, another sad case and tremendous loss, but sadly, even Robin long knew it was ""predictable".
Death is also nature’s way of telling you to slow down, btw.
