Here is a thought;The land area that is in discussion here is mighty small. Those who are occupying this land all have a history of their people living on this land for a millennium and more. There are nearby neighbors in large number who do not like either, or in many cases, both of the groups represented here. There is absolutely no spare land anywhere nearby, or, for that matter, anywhere else.To me this makes for a tense, and frequently violent situation. No one seems to be able to find any civilized way out.
