I remember nickel beer night being advertised for the Cleveland Indians when I lived in Cleveland back in the early 1970s. How times have changed.

the hot dogs maybe a $1.00 but the nickle beer is now
$8.00 a small cup. need at least 4 of those to go with the hot dog….. yeah!!!

I remember when a major league baseball team had a promotion of nickel a beer and bat night at the same time. It turned out to be a brawl! What hotshot thought of that idea?
