    ^ Grrr, posts like the one above by av8tor really get my goat. There are several variations of the above bigoted email doing the rounds around the world. They should be ignored for what they are. That av8tor chooses to post this as his tells me a lot about his character and prejudices.

    I wouldn’t normally ask people to simply refer to a wiki entry on a country’s history but it’s a start: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haitian_Revolution

    The following url will be unpalatable for a good many who would benefit from reading it but it is from the Daily Kos: It is a request for assistance to debunk the above email. For those interested, in the above url a poster named shanikka provides the most complete reply and pointing out the most glaring errors.

    AV8….I’m with you and that’s where Obama is taking us…don’t forget HIS……. “well equipped civilian force”….read Tonto Macoute…that’s where we are going…it is not racist or biggoted to call a spade a spade

    FENNEC: he is following the path of papa doc….and I don’t care what color he is……..duvalier hurt blacks and whites and mixes…so will this guy……..calling a spade a spade is an old expression with no racial overtones…..such as niggardly, macacque, and black hole are not racsist….calling a black a spade is racist…calling a black a black isn’t….look these up
